Sutton Foster, an actor as well as a singer and dancer She has performed in a total of eleven Broadway productions which include the latest production of Violet. She also originated roles on Broadway with The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. Her Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Young Frankenstein. Star Search, at the age of 15 was the first time she made an appearance on television. Since then, Sutton has appeared on Bunheads and Psych. Solo artist Sutton has performed across the country. Sutton has performed all over the country as well as internationally with their musical director Michael Rafter... performing songs from her debut solo CD "Wish" along with her follow up CD "An Evening With Sutton Foster: Live at the Caf Carlyle." The singer has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, the Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub as well as many more. In 2011, she earned an Honorary Doctorate in the form of an honorary doctorate from Ball State University where she is also on the faculty as a teacher and advisor for members of the Department of Theatre and Dance. In March of 2015, she stars in TVLand's debut series "Younger" produced by Darren Star.
